Cedar Inclusion Works is funded by the Northern Ireland European Social Fund Programme 2014-2020 and the Department for the Economy. Funding is also provided by the Department for Communities and all five local HSCTs in Northern Ireland.
Cedar and the Mid Ulster Labour Market Partnership is seeking to engage a range of employers in an Employer-led Disability Inclusion Programme.
This will improve companies’ understanding of disability, highlight the benefits of employing people with disabilities and support the companies to fill vacancies.
We support adults with disabilities across Northern Ireland to build employability skills and experience to be work ready, then move into a paid job, college course or volunteering on leaving. Specialist physical disability, ASD and brain injury support is available and tailored to each individual and their needs.
In partnership with other disability organisations, we help individuals who are work ready to return to work or get support if they are in danger of losing their existing job as a result of the impact of disability. Workable (NI) is available to you if you're aged over 16 with a disability or other health conditions and you want to progress into or stay in employment.
