Housing support

The Cedar Foundation is a 'Supporting People' accredited service provider and delivers Housing Support Services across a number of schemes. In some instances housing support is delivered in conjunction with care (see 'Supported Living') however at the schemes included within this category, only housing support is provided.

The Cedar Foundation Housing Support Service aims to provide adults who have disabilities with appropriate support in their own homes which enables client choice and participation. This contributes to independence in maintaining tenancies/ licences, good budgeting, enhanced self-esteem and living full and valued lives

The service does not provide personal care or emergency cover.

  • Household repairs, adaptations, maintenance and community safety

The Cedar Foundation is funded by the Supporting People Programme, which is administered by the Northern Ireland Housing Executive, to carry out the duties and supports listed above.

Housing Support is provided at Ulidia House Donegall Road, Belfast
