  • Male volunteer required to provide company, facilitate outings and participate in activities with male resident.
  • Approx 2hrs at weekends.
  • The role will require a reliable person with a positive outlook and good communication skills.

  • Monday morning 10.30am - 12.30pm at Glen Community Centre. 
  • Cinema Club 6pm - 9pm, First Monday of the month (normally).
  • Black Box Disco 7pm - 9.30pm, First Tuesday of the month (normally).

  • Hillmount, Finaghy Road, Belfast
  • Facilitate outings
  • Provide Company
  • Preferable: Male volunteer, interest in cars and motorbikes, good communication skills.

Community Inclusion (Children)
  • Across Children's Services
  • Across NI
  • Cedar is continuously seeking volunteers to support children and young people to fully participate in activities taking place in their community. We provide training and support but do ask applicants have good communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Tuesday Cushendall  5.30pm - 8.30pm
  • Wednesday Ballycastle 5.30pm - 8.30pm
  • Saturday Ballycastle  10.00am - 2.00pm
  • Children's Short Breaks Service require volunteers to assist Cedar staff.

Employability 
  • Cedar Inclusion Works, Southern

  • Newry, 
  • Thursday 1.30pm - 2.30pm.
  • Cedar requires a female support worker with a responsible and caring attitude.
  • The role will require meeting a young woman at Newry Bus Station and supporting her to get to local shops focusing on road safety.
  • The commitment is one hour every Thursday afternoon. This is expected to be a long-term voluntary role.
