Margaret has over thirty years experience in working in the delivery of Health and Social Care services, twenty-three of which is post-registration at various levels of management, according to her experience and developing skillset.  She has worked in a variety of Senior posts within Health and Social Care, including posts within the statutory and Community and Voluntary sectors. 

This experience has included the developing and management of Nursing, Residential and Supported Living, Day Care Services, In-Reach Domiciliary and Housing Support Services. She has extensive experience in strategic and operational planning, in management, development, delivery and evaluation of care and support services across multiple sites and in line with Regulation and Standards and has developed a sound knowledge base in compliance, audit, and reporting processes.  She works closely with Executive Boards and Trustees, Commissioners, Regulators, Services Users, Carers and Operational colleagues to implement best practice and to ensure the delivery of high quality, safe, effective and well-led care and support services to all service users and residents.
