Each single occupancy home is designed to facilitate people who have high supported living needs such as those who have physical disability, brain injury or sensory impairment. Housing support is combined with care and technology to increase independence and enhance quality of life.

All apartments are fully wheelchair accessible and allow you access to both spacious internal hallways and an external patio.

         

Selection and Allocation

Applicants for Supported Housing at Ardkeen will only be considered from the Northern Ireland Housing Executive's Complex Needs List.

Applicants must be referred via their local Health and Social Care Trust.

When a vacancy arises, a joint selection and allocation panel will be held to consider all submitted applications. Panel members include appropriate representatives from Habinteg Housing Association, Northern Ireland Housing Executive, the applicants Health and Social Care Trust and the Cedar Foundation scheme Manager.
