Jessica has been a part of the Management Team within The Mews for just over two years. The Mews is a Supported Living Service which supports up to 12 individuals with learning disabilities, Autism and complex needs. Jessica expressed an interest in undertaking a professional management course to develop managerial skills that could be of benefit to the whole team.

"In September 2021, I was privileged to be enrolled in ILM Level 7 in Strategic Management through Belfast Business School. I am thrilled to say I passed this course and would like to thank my employer for their support and guidance throughout the course."

 She continued:

"ILM Level 7 was very much applicable and relatable to my own role as a Deputy Manager through completion of Master Classes, Strategic Modules and Project Management. This has enabled me to apply the learning objectives and strategies used in supporting and leading the team."

The ILM Level 7 Strategic Management course is designed to allow participants to gain an understanding of organisational innovation and  optimisation of performance within a strategic context.
