We are delighted to be launching our Impact Report for 2022/23. 

The 2022/23 year was one of change and challenge, but also an
opportunity to demonstrate our resilience, both as individuals and as an
organisation. We are proud to have delivered successfully on Year 2 of
the Strategic Plan 2021-26, under the guidance and good governance
of our Trustees and in partnership with our User Forum, Leadership and
Senior Management team. The collective commitment and dedication
of our staff team has delivered excellent results during a period of
transition and change.
