We are proud to share that three of our colleagues have been nominated in three separate categories in the CO3 Annual Leadership Awards 2024. Anne Woods, Director of People and Organisational Development is a finalist in Newcomer of the Year. Clare Clarke, Head of Human Resources has achieved finalist status in Leading Workplace Wellbeing and Breeda Doherty, Service Manager, is a finalist in the Quality and Governance Leading Volunteers category.

These nominations serve as a reflection of the impact each nominee has made within Cedar through their remarkable leadership. All three provide direction embedded in the Values and Vision of the organisation. They continuously offer inspiration and encouragement to staff members ensuring that our mission to support to individuals and families living with disability, autism and brain injury is underpinned with strong and productive implementation.
