On 14th March Cedar representatives attended the Co3 Annual Leadership Awards. The event was held in the Europa Hotel, Belfast and centred around inspirational stories and celebration. A vibrant atmosphere marked the night with ArtsEkta treating guests to a delightful dance performance. Cloadagh Dunlop shared her story of recovery following her stroke and then it was time for Sarah Travers to announce the category winners.

The Cedar team included three nominees Anne Woods, Director of People and Organisational Development (Newcomer of the Year). Clare Clarke, Head of Human Resources (Leading Workplace Wellbeing) and Breeda Doherty, Service Manager Quality and Governance (Leading Volunteers). The nominations reflect the impact they have each made within Cedar through their remarkable leadership. 

CO3 noted the awards acknowledge the remarkable efforts that shape our community and from visionary leaders to innovative thinkers, each nominee and winner embodies excellence, inspiring us all to aim higher.

Well done to all involved in organising an event that is sure to encourage all to strive towards exceptional standards in the sector.
