Kelly Devlin joined the Cedar Foundation in November 2019 as Head of Service - Living Options.

Kelly qualified with a Bsc Hons Degree in Sociology in 2005. Kelly Has also completed her Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential and Domiciliary Care in 2012 .

In June 2020 Kelly completed her BTEC Level 7 in Strategic Management and Leadership endorsed through the Cedar Foundation

Kelly has been involved with the provision of Health and Social Care mainly through the charity sector for fifteen years.

Kelly has managed Supported Living Services, Respite Care, Residential Care, Day Opportunities working with a range of people who have Acquired Brain Injury, Dementia, Mental health needs, sensory impairments, physical and learning disabilities as well as those who have complex needs and Autistic Spectrum Disorder.
