We operate across Northern Ireland from a range of centres and facilities and our dedicated staff team of over 600 is committed to working in partnership with our service users in the design, development and review of services.

The outstanding person appointed will be an experienced leader with a passion to develop and improve the lives of those living with disabilities. They will have experience of successfully managing or developing all or part of a complex organisation with a significant annual turnover in a challenging and dynamic environment and have excellent interpersonal, analytical and financial skills. This role provides a rare opportunity to be a key agent for positive change in this field. If you are passionate and committed to this area of work and believe you have the ability to make a difference, we look forward to hearing from you.
