The Cedar Foundation User Forum: Making a Positive Difference
The Cedar Foundation User Forum is realistic and focussed on how we can make a positive difference to the lives of all Service Users. The User Forum is made up of Service Users with varying degrees of disability. Our aim is to be the voice of our Service Users province wide. To achieve this we consult and communicate with Service Users, management and staff. We also monitor customer service and developments within the organisation and give our feedback to the appropriate Head of Service.
We are person centred, approachable and supportive of all who use our service. We are prepared to challenge poor practice and we treat all disclosures confidentially (unless otherwise advised).
We want to empower User Forum members and all Service Users to live a fully inclusive life and to overcome those barriers created by Society.
