Quiz Night a Success

Last night the User Forum hosted a table quiz at Cooke Rugby Club, Shaw’s Bridge, Belfast and invited Cedar staff, family and friends along to support the event in aid of the charity.

The night was a great success with over 150 people taking part and everyone enjoyed the musical entertainment in the interval provided by ‘Trinity’ a folk group featuring Donna Keatings of the User Forum and two of her friends.  Money raised by the quiz, which came from ticket and ballot sales totalled over £1,200.

Congratulations to the winning team, ‘House of Windsor’ who beat off the competition from 20 other teams!

The User Forum would like to thank everyone who supported them on the night; the individuals, shops and businesses that donated the prizes, music group ‘Trinity’ and Cooke Rugby Club. A special thanks goes to the two quiz masters whose questions challenged the audience with their unusual and random trivia, making the night most enjoyable!
