The Cedar Foundation in partnership with Friends Group Moyle wish to recruit an Outlook Worker

Outlook is a short break service which aims to support young disabled people up to 18 years in fun activities in their local area

Salary:

£17,161 per annum

Location:

Northern Health and Social Care Trust Glens of Antrim/ Moyle area

Hours Per Week:

37 hours per week

Essential Criteria:

Level of education equivalent to NVQ 2
Basic ICT skills
Minimum of 6 months experience of working with young people and their families
A full driving licence with access to a car and the ability the ability to transport children and young people with a disability

Desirable Criteria:

NVQ 3 in Childcare or Health & Social Care
Experience and understanding of young disabled people
