Employee Fundraising
Working with a charity can provide staff with a tangible incentive to work more closely together by providing shared goals and a single purpose to aim for.
We can encourage your staff to get involved with fundraising initiatives in the following ways:
- Volunteering
- Participation in events
- Team building challenges
- Staff's own fundraising initiatives
By getting employees involved, your company can benefit by:
- Increased loyalty
- Increased motivation.
Employee fundraising is not just about raising money for a charity. It can be used to inspire and motivate staff as well.
If you would like to support The Cedar Foundation through employee fundraising, contact The Cedar Foundation on 028 9066 6188 or e-mail l.swift@cedar-foundation.org.
