Cycle Western Cuba
31st October - 9th November 2008
30th October - 8th November 2009
Cuba, home to sweeping Caribbean beaches and misty jungle-covered hills, is known more for its unique culture and history than its beautiful landscapes. Our challenge offers the opportunity to witness the Cuban way of life while we cycle through the island’s hills and villages.
Western Cuba is a region known for its relaxed atmosphere and beautiful scenery. We pass the spectacular rock formations and caves of the Viñales valley, cycling over lush jungly hills and past tobacco and coffee plantations, before circling back alongside white sandy beaches. We celebrate with a day of island paradise, and also have time to explore Havana.
