Outlook Service: Promotes social outreach and community inclusion, enabling young disabled people to access local youth groups, sports clubs and leisure opportunities.

Transitions Service: Working with young disabled people 14-20 years to ensure a smooth transition into Further Education and Adult Life.

Youth Matters Service: The Youth Matters Service provides a range of programmes that promote confidence and self esteem for children and young people with disabilities.

Claire Dallas, Youth Matters Service, Belfast area added: ?It was great to be asked to attend the ASBAH family day to be able to let people know about the range of services The Cedar Foundation offers for young disabled people.
