Pamela Ballantine Launches The Adrenaline Rush

Pamela Ballantine The Cedar Foundation needs daredevils from all over Northern Ireland, including your area, to take part in their next exciting event. The Lagan River will be the venue; or rather 180ft above the river will be the venue, for The Cedar Foundation's Adrenaline Rush event, taking place on the 21st May this year.

You basically fling yourself from one side of the Lagan on a zip slide, landing safely on the other side, at the "Big Fish" at the Lagan Lookout. Its great fun, a real adrenaline rush and you will be able to tell your mates that you have experienced the thrill of flight. Most importantly you will be raising vital funds to help the Cedar Foundation continue its work promoting choice for disabled people.

All you need to do is fill in the application card, which will be available in shops or via the web at www.cedar-foundation.org, send it in with the £15 deposit and then raise at least another £85.00 to take part. "The Adrenaline Rush event is your chance to have a totally unforgettable, thrilling experience of a lifetime! It?s a fun event guaranteed to get the adrenaline pumping, so why not dare yourself and your friends to jump from the top of a crane and fly high above the River Lagan, in harness of course."

The Cedar Foundation is a local charity that promotes choice for disabled people. Its aim is to play a leading role in the achievement of a community in which people with disabilities are valued and participate as equal citizens.
