Taking the Plunge for Cedar

Nearly £10,000 was raised for The Cedar Foundation by sixty brave fundraisers who abseiled down the side of The Invest N.I. Headquarters in Belfast on Saturday.
One of the intrepid crew was Neil Davis who said
“I have always wanted to do an abseil so when I saw the flyer re this, I thought, happy days. When I realised that it was a fundraiser for The Cedar Foundation, the decision to apply was made for me!! My youngest brother, John, goes to the Cedar Foundation 4 days a week and really enjoys it so I know of the great work they do."
Christine Tweedie, Fundraising Co-ordinator with The Cedar Foundation said
“A big thank you to everyone who took part, this was our first ever abseil and we are delighted with the turnout as well as the great weather. ”
“Anyone who missed the fun at the Abseil can join in at our next event, a Firewalk and a Glasswalk in October.”
