The Cedar Foundation’s Transitions Service offers support to young disabled people living across the Sperrin Lakeland area; highlighting opportunities for young people aged 14-20 years in their communities.

The Cedar Foundation moved from its Galgorm based premises in April to the new purpose built site at Woodside Road Industrial Estate, Ballymena.
