Outlook, a new programme of outreach support for young disabled people was launched today at The Lagan Look Out by Mr Robin Harris, Chair of South & East Belfast Health & Social Services Trust.

At an Awards Ceremony today, Mr Paul Martin, Chief Inspector of The Social Services Inspectorate presented certificates to 55 members of staff of The Cedar Foundation to recognise the level of qualifications and accreditation gained by those staff over the last year.
