Community Inclusion Programmes
Our Community Inclusion Programmes support access to socially inclusive alternatives to traditional day services. This includes educational courses, leisure activities and voluntary work within your local community.
We will work closely with you to make sure you have all the support and practical assistance you need to achieve your goals. You will receive direct support from a key worker but will be helped and encouraged to identify activities that you can sustain independently on a long-term basis.
Who is it for?
The programmes are available if you're aged over 18 with physical/sensory disabilities or other health and medical conditions and you wish to become more actively involved in the community.
Our programmes are flexible and designed to suit each individual allowing for different levels of abilities and previous experience as well a range of individual issues and concerns.
