Vocational and Employability Services
We believe that every person with a disability should have the chance to get a job and the opportunity to live life to the full, in their local community. We offer practical assistance, encouragement and support with careers advice, educational opportunities and work experience. These services are designed for anyone over 16 with physical/sensory disabilities, or other health and medical conditions, who wish to take the first or next step on their personal and career journey.
Our services are person-centred, encouraging and supporting individuals to design their own programmes around their needs and aspirations, building confidence and independence.
