Active Futures
Active Futures supports young people in the Causeway area with physical and/or sensory disabilities. The programme helps young people to make a smooth transition from school into employment, further education and community based activities.
There are two parts to Active Futures:
- Transitions working with young people aged 16 -18 years who are in the process of leaving school.
- Community Inclusion working with young people aged 18 - 25 years to access community based educational, vocational & social activities.
